Relief aid sent to help refugees in the Ivory Coast

Having partners on the ground in places such as Liberia means that weare able to respond quickly to situations on the ground  in the Ivory Coast, we were please that Pastor Klayee as able to take the initiative to send food FTH has provided to ship out to 2 churches on the border with the Ivory Coast to help out with the growing refugee problem. But we need to send out more help as the amount of displaced people along the border increases. With your help we can send further containers of high nutrition meals to help feed those in need.

This is an great example of Feed the Hungry's strategy of having well placed partners on the ground who can respond quickly to situations as we see it happening in real time now in the Ivory Coast

Today, the Every Child Every Day program in Liberia sponsors 8 orphanages established by Pastor Klayee’s Liberty Christian Outreach. Pastor Klayee has said of the program, “You have brought hope to the children by reducing hunger and providing comfortable clothing. This has proven to the children that someone cares for them. The fortified rice meals have changed their condition and made them much more lively!”

Thousands of Liberians have accepted Christ as their Savior throughout the years of FTH ministry. Since 1990, Feed The Hungry has partnered with many organizations, including: Monrovia Bible Training Center, Convoy of Hope, and Liberty Christian Outreach, to distribute food to unreached Liberians.
